Pastor Anita P. Latin is honored to be the daughter of the late Pastor O.V. Latin & Lady Louella Latin, Organizers of the Mount Vernon Missionary Baptist Church in San Francisco, CA where she served as Junior Usher, Sunshine Band President, Primary Sunday School Teacher, Junior Mission Director, Chairman of the Louella Latin Scholarship Committee, Minister of Music, Church Publicist, and faithfully served many years as her father’s Personal Assistant until his demise. She is the proud mother of two devoted young adults – André R. Cloud, II and Aiesha R. Cloud who, serve, support, sow and sacrifice faithfully alongside of her in ministry with Abounding Love Bible Ministry, and community public service with OVL Foundation USA – a non-profit formed in memory of her parents.
After the passing of her father in November 2003, Pastor Anita returned to the classroom in 2004. With just an A.S. in Secretarial Training, she earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Arts in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary, and she is currently a Doctoral candidate at Berkeley School of Theology. She received her Ministerial License on February 11, 2007, and her Ministerial Ordination on March 22, 2009. Pastor Anita is very proud to say that she is the first college graduate in her immediate family! And she is thrilled that her children have been able to walk the journey with her and celebrate with her. She is setting the standard for her future generations with a target they must aim to reach and far surpass!
Pastor Anita has been blessed to have been a part of three church plants in her lifetime thus far! She has created programming and ministries, coordinated, tasked and teamed the Summer Youth Revival, and created manuals for the Junior Mission Auxiliary at her first church. She has created curriculum for bible study, served as the Children’s Choir Director and Musician, and the Men & Women’s Day Mass Choir, worked on the church branding and created a safe place to study God’s word without judgment for the young women’s Sunday school class through the OPAL Ministry (Obedient, Pure and Abundant Living) at her former church. She created a manual of protocol and procedures for the ministers, served as Minister of Protocol and Assistant Teacher for the New Member’s class in her former church. She now serves as Executive Pastor of The House of Prayer Everywhere under the able and anointed leadership of Bishop Sean Teal, Th.D.
Pastor Anita is one of several contributing authors for Zoe Life’s Daily Devotional 2012, 2013 and 2014. She is a guest writer for the CA State Baptist Convention Women’s Quarterly Newsletter. She is a sought-after Gospel Proclaimer, facilitating Women’s Conferences, Workshops, and Women’s Retreats, preaching at various churches throughout California for Women’s Day, Revivals and Prayer Breakfasts, and singing at various Mission Fellowships, Women’s Conferences, Anniversary celebrations and Banquets. In September 2016, Pastor Anita and a few fellow clergy went to see War Room the Movie! She was so inspired, that she went back a second time and then came home and turned a section of her garage into her own personal “War Room”. After that, she invited the women from the Weekly Prayer Cluster into her home where she hosted a private viewing of the movie. That was the kickoff to begin the monthly “War Room” Bible Study.
On any given Tuesday or Thursday evening or early morning, her son and daughter can find her teaching the Word of God or postured in prayer during her many prayer calls. She plans to resume an in-person monthly bible study and recreate an intimate “first-church” small-group setting to experience a powerful move of God through praise & worship, proclamation of God’s Holy Word, and fervent petitions unto the Lord!
Pastor Anita has been recognized and awarded for her commitment and dedicated service in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she was born and raised, educated, and employed for 42 years. Such awards include Certificate of Honor from Mayor Gavin Newsome and Supervisor Sophenia Maxwell; Excellence Award from the Macedonia Baptist Church; and a recipient of the Bay Area Tribute “Elect Lady” Award. In September 2019, she was awarded with honors as a Woman of Empowerment from the Professional Organization of Women of Excellence Recognized (P.O.W.E.R.) and was listed in one of their publications. Their editors were so impressed with her accomplishments that they awarded her “Woman of the Month” and that interview was showcased in their 2019 Fall Issue. She was then recognized with the Lifetime Achievement Award in Religion, and her name and photo were posted on Times Square Billboard in New York on September 6, 2019. She is now posted on P.O.W.E.R.’s website and once again showcased in their 2020 Winter Issue. She was also showcased in the Spring 2020 Issue as a “Rising Star”. Pastor Anita was nominated, interviewed, and accepted as a bibliography listee in the Marquis Who’s Who. She is a lifetime recipient and was featured on the front cover of their 2021 publication. What an honor and a privilege, for someone who’s life-long dream has never been to see her name in lights but prays that her message of hope, peace, and abounding love, continue to uplift, encourage, and motivate others who have heard her story!
Keep your eyes and ears open for the launching of S.I.S. (Sisters Inspiring Sisters) –a female-clergy coalition where women in five-fold ministry can authentically, uniquely, and openly share with other female clergy to inform, inspire, intercede, and ignite the fire within for ministry in the 21st Century.
Pastor Anita’s gift has truly opened doors for her and has brought her before great men (Proverbs 18:16)! And she owes it all to the providence of God!

Minister Sherida Jordan-Walker is the mother of one daughter Sherice, and the grandmother of three Marnae, Savon, and Vincent Jr.
She was baptized by the late Rev R. L. Johnson, at the age of 12. Sherida was very active as a youth and young adult in Sunday School, BTU, Youth Choir, and the Nurses Ministry.
She was a member of the St. John Missionary Baptist Church in Richmond California, until she moved to Clearlake in 2000. In October 2013, Sherida accepted her call as a minister of the gospel. In January 2014, she delivered her First Sermon and received her Ministry License. She is presently an active member and Associate Minister at the Praises of Zion Church, under the leadership of Pastor Jonathan L. Green & Pastor Lori Fairley Green.
She has served as the Women’s Leader for the First Celebrate Recovery Ministry, and currently serves on the Praise and Worship team, choir, and Pastor’s Aide. Sherida is currently going through the Ordination process to become an Ordained Minister. She is an exhorter, intercessor, and Secretary for Abounding Love Bible Ministry, under the able leadership of Visionary, Pastor Anita Latin. Sherida is also an Activity Director at a Skilled nursing facility and CNA of 30+years.
She is a speaker and role model to many in several 12-step programs. She has made a difference in the lives of many women in recovery. Sherida has studied at the St. John School of Theology, sponsored by the Golden Gate Theological Seminary taught by Dr. Kevin B. Hall.
Her passion is caring for the elderly, helping others, and enriching the lives of addicts who are still suffering.
Her favorite bible verse that gets her through is “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:13

Carolyn Jacob is a Project Assistant with Calidad Industries, Inc. She assists with all aspects of maintenance for the Camp Parks Military Installation, and assists the Project Manager with invoices, and check requests as required for the company.
Carolyn was trained on two other jobs with Calidad and covers them when staff is away.
She is no stranger to Customer Service, long work hours, managing service members, training new employees, paying attention to detail, having spent 35 years in the United States Army Reserve, working in many positions such as Unit Supply Specialist, Signal Support Specialist, Financial Management Technician, and many other appointed duties and assignments as needed or required, also 20+ years in the banking field, worked all jobs with a high degree of skills and professionalism. Drawing on 35+ years’ work experience combining military, banking, computer, government-civilian (current) Carolyn continues to focus on making and maintaining satisfied customers.
Carolyn serves on the Media Team at The House of Prayer Everywhere, under the leadership of Bishop Sean F. Teal. There she coordinates the House Intercessors for weekly prayer calls and other special events with the House and Prayer Everywhere. She is Moderator on the National Prayer Call and she Moderates for the House of Prayer Everywhere Virtual events.
Carolyn serves as the Director of Social Media Imaging for OVL Foundation USA, where she strives to perfect her technical skills. Her responsibilities consist of routinely posting on all the social media platforms (i.e., FB, IG, Twitter, LinkedIn & YT). She actively serves with the Helping Hands Outreach, where the unhoused in Berkeley, CA are being served quarterly through the Foundation.
Carolyn serves as the International Host for Abounding Love Bible Ministry. She is responsible for tasking and teaming the monthly Weekly “POWER” Hour and follows up to make sure the Team member assigned is available for their task. She sends birthday, anniversary and get-well cards to the Team. She also trains and advises our other Hosts on protocols and practices to ensure we present a professional yet anointed hour of praise & worship, scripture reading, Word and intercessory prayer in a manner that flows smoothly.

Minister Shalette Persaud is a Long Beach, California native. A devoted mother of four, gifted teacher and student of the Word with a heart for prayer at her core. She serves as a trusted minister with multiple positions, including administration, at Temple Baptist Church, under the leadership of Pastor Torie H. Russell, Sr.
She has a posture of humility, honor, and grace, with a sincere love for God’s people. It is her desire to transform every person she encounters with God’s love through preaching, teaching, and praying the Word of God, as led by the Spirit.
Minister Shalette serves as an Exhorter and Intercessor on the Weekly “POWER” Hour Team as well as the Host for the 4th Tuesday Tik Talk Tuesday Virtual Millennial Happy Hour. She is instrumental in acquiring guest artists to perform as well as guest Exhorters & Intercessors. She also serves as a Conference Team member for the Annual Women’s Empowerment Conferences.

Who am I? First and foremost, I am a child of the Most-High God whom I accepted into my life 47 years ago. I am the youngest daughter of Paul Anthony (RIP) and Garnet Robinson with my bonus dad, Reverend Arthur Robinson, who assisted my mom in raising me at the age of 16 years of age. And they are still raising me. I was blessed to be married to Reverend Barry J. Church, Sr. in 2006. He has since gone home to be with the Lord. I have also been blessed with three amazing adult children who call me mom, friend, and a woman of God.
I have heard the voice of the Lord calling me to teach and minister His word. I answered that call at 36 years of age and have not stop running in the direction of the Lord yet. I love the word of God. But Romans 8:28 is where I have planted my heart. Which says, “And we know that all things work together for good to them who love God to them who are the called according to His purpose.”
I am honored to have been asked to join the Abounding Love Bible Ministry Weekly “POWER Hour Team to serve as an Exhorter of the Word and Intercessor. I also encourage and prayer cover our Visionary, Pastor Anita P. Latin. I have also been given the assignment to be the Evangelist of the Ministry which duties include, following up on emails and phone requests for prayer and encouragement from those seeking hope and help through their personal and spiritual crises!
I will forever praise God for choosing me to serve Him.

Aiesha possesses stellar customer service skills and extreme organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail. She has worked in production at A Neat Design – a desktop publishing and word processing company. She assisted the owner in assembly, packaging, and distribution of printed projects such as brochures, programs, souvenir books, business cards and flyers.
Aiesha serves as Personal Assistant to the Visionary of Abounding Love Bible Ministry. She retrieves email inquiries and handles the booking invites for the Visionary. She also accompanies her on her speaking engagements. She serves as a Team member for the Annual Women’s Empowerment Conferences hosted annually by this ministry. She assists in preparing materials for the conference bags. She serves as the Team Lead for the hostesses serving on the day of the Conference. And she also interacts with the guest speakers and other featured participants for the Conference and makes sure the Visionary has everything she needs to cover the days assignment. During the last three years of the COVID-19 Pandemic, Aiesha was responsible for creating the registration form and evaluation form for the Virtual Women’s Empowerment Conferences in 2020, 2021 & 2022, keeping track of all paid registered attendees, and working behind the scene managing the ZOOM platform during these actual events.
Aiesha served as Chief Assistant to the CEO of a start-up Christian-based entertainment company, where she set up fundraising activities for the company’s sales campaign. She was also the initial point of contact for client communication via telephone and email using a detailed excel spreadsheet. During the sales campaign, she contacted over 125 prospective clients to confirm event attendance. She reported attendance totals to the CEO, Business Manager and Culinary Manager for event preparation. She served as hostess at company sponsored events – greeting clients, operating PowerPoint presentation, and distributing campaign materials. And she maintained the CEO’s calendar of activities and supported other staff as needed.
Aiesha also serves as Personal Assistant to the Founder & CEO of OVL Foundation USA. She actively participates in the Quarterly Community Outreach activities. She has actively participated in passing out flyers and promotional items at Street Fairs and Community events, where OVL Foundation USA had an information booth. She is also responsible for designing promotional merchandise for OVL Foundation USA board members as well as items for sale to the public.
